WMF KULT stovetop espresso maker is suitable for use on all types of hob including induction hobs. When using
gas, make sure that the flame does not reach up the side of the machine.
When using an induction hob, make sure that the diameter of the cooking zone in use matches that of the base of the espresso maker as nearly as possible. If the difference is too great the pan recognition feature of some cooker
systems is not activated and the hob cannot be switched on.
